What would your message be if you had to write a book to leave as your legacy?

Memento mori

The Latin translation for ‘remember that you [have to] die’.

Many of us may recognize this as a passing phrase, movie, or common tattoo.

The solemn trope is simple yet deeply insightful.

After all, we are mortals. Our time is finite.

The biggest question then, is how do spend our time?

I want to offer four questions for you to consider.

  1. “If I was to leave this world in the next 30 days what message would I want to leave?”
  2. “How would I want people to remember me?”
  3. “What would I want future generations to benefit from?”
  4. “To be that person – what must I become?”

We live in a time where we can create and share anything thanks to technology, that we have abundant opportunities to craft and share our message.

What would you create then as your legacy?
