We All Can Win Mindset

For some time I have been struggling to think that to win meant that I had to achieve something of insane value to lots of people.

This meant that I would spend time going hermit, researching, analyzing, journaling thoughts on what & how I could achieve my goal.

To be honest I still to this day find joy in that exercise because it feels as though taking on a new project or starting a new movie. There was an end goal to realize & some satisfaction to gain from it.

However, it really isn’t that simple in reality…

What was one project or goal becomes a multitude of 3–6 priorities all pulling and forcing attention in different ways.

The mind feels like a wheel spinning in a universal direction yet still in one place.

I still to this day experience this sensation & its nothing to be ashamed of, just that for many people that do experience this, it is because there is a lot of ambition & heart to give towards the world.

End of the day, you want something, you have to put some elbow grease to make it happen.

A business is no simple feat of that matter, often consuming many hours & precious energy to serve customers & grow the business.

I have often wondered though — “is my mindset ready & moving in the right direction to build a winning business?”

Reason being is that while the start to almost any journey is fun, it’s only when you get lost in the thick of it all do you realize the depth of work you have committed or still need to pursue.

As a result this can be worrying or more destructive because now the mind has begun to associate negative thoughts to the venture.

A slippery slope…

I always bring it back to the overall thought energy we hold and allow to flow through us via our personal thoughts.

A common theme & principle to all my writing.

I personally experience this situation too many times than I would like to.

Although, it is the reason why I believe talking about it, is so vitally important.

Reason being, is that through my journey, I have had differing thoughts when it comes to the mindset I hold when pursuing a worthwhile goal.

It speaks without doubt that whatever we hold in our mind with absolute faith will undoubtedly via the subconscious mind find a way to manifest into our reality.

So then, what was my thought pattern that would light up my mental blueprint to flames?

After some thought, I have distilled it down to this critical statement;

“What you wish and perceive of others is without doubt what will return to you.”

Or another way to look at it as;

“Think good of another & you are actually thinking good about yourself”

Let me explain…

See from observation & proven research, society’s shared perception of value today is largely tied to our ego satisfaction.

Recall, how only those who have ‘succeeded’ make front cover magazines, star in TV shows or have an impressive following.

This idea of self inflating the mind with much accomplishment & success can be tricky if not controlled in a positive & humble manner.

For the many people looking outwards from their reality, when they see successful people they only see the end result — the finish line, the trophy or award.

However we all know that we don’t fully know the depth of trials & tribulations these people took to get there.

As a result, oftentimes people have a misconception of what success requires.

If you are like me, then you may have a rooted belief that accumulating lots of money or influence is at the cost of competition.

Competition.

Meaning to beat, out-perform or conquer other people in order to claim the achievement or recognition.

Yet this mindset, if you study closely those that have achieved worthwhile success, never employed this strategy of competition.

Never — Why ?

Because, when we compete, we create boundaries and blockers, to how we perceive others in our interactions to fulfill our goals.

By this, I refer to how do we view others as a role to play in our goals, path, journey?

Does success mean, ripping-off a client because you can?

Does success mean that you withhold information because you had to learn it the hard way?

Does success mean that you don’t want your fellow country man to not prosper before you?

See where the hidden intention of energy lies?

If our minds are gardens then our thoughts are the seeds of our reality to manifest.

When we plant a seed of hatred, jealousy, fear or scarcity, we are communicating this directly to our subconscious mind which works without question to manifest in our life.

Believe me when I say that this has taken me some time to understand, but am I ever so glad to have made this realization.

Even now, I am still a student ever expressing the idea that at what cost of hurting or beating another is to my advantage, but rather a complete opposite direction from competition — “in reality, it should be seen as” collaboration.

A great quote from Earl Nightingale, “Instead of competing to find success, man only needs to create”

Create…

Humans have been blessed with the divine gift to create from within as an expression of ourselves.

This ability breeds love & transmutes energy from the mind outwardly to the world for anyone else to experience.

Imagine that, a world of only pure creation from expression.

A beautiful & very possible reality.

So how do we go about inputting these marvelous thoughts into our working minds?

Really it comes down to a shift in core beliefs.

Beliefs that we hold true to our heart & soul to be the working laws of our reality.

Remember this, the beliefs we hold in our mind that we establish with complete faith is the reality we create.

Therefore, begin today to see that your success is for certain, that the success of everybody else is certain,

and that we all can share the same success because there is enough in this abundant world we live in to go around.

The above statement can be attributed to a prayer, but either way a belief that we can start today placing a conscious effort to put conviction behind.

Reality is that when one of us is winning, we all are winning.

When our ancient ancestors would hunt in the plains of Africa for food sources, they knew that a successful hunt meant that the whole tribe would be fed & secure for the next while.

This mentality allowed humans to thrive & establish our deeper intimate bonds that made humans the apex in any geography. We knew that if one added value to the tribe it meant that the whole tribe would benefit.

During these times, social strength was the key to ultimate survival.

We are strong when we serve each other.

If the hunter took the food source only for himself, do you think he was successful in his tribe to be accepted, cared for & respected?

No, because a winning mindset is an abundant mindset. A mindset that knows that success is built upon sharing value & is ever willing to share.

So how does this relate to your projects, goals or major accomplishments that you are going to realize?

Well, when we take a stance of creation, of abundance, that nobody is out to get me, that I want to serve and help others — invariably we are attracting all the righteous energies that bring us success.

This is because, we realize that why should only I be happy, prosperous, wealthy & secure at the expense of others?

We don’t take any worldly possessions when we leave this world, so you may as well help others achieve and build a life they are happy with.

Begin now to believe that we all deserve to have lots of money, lots of memories, lots of love in our life, lots of experiences that make us feel alive.

This can be the real reason to experience life.

Change your mindset to that of winning.

Winning meaning that my success is built on the success of others & that I do not ever need to hurt anyone to get ahead.

An excellent technique I have studied upon to achieve this, is the mental accounting of being on good terms with everyone.

Meaning that with all your relationships, seek peace, harmony & love.

When we are aligned to the higher vibrations of thought with others of peace & prosperity, we enable the wealth of the universe to flow within us.

So call that person who you have been avoiding to break the silence and offer a sincere connection of help in their life.

Wish success to your fellow colleagues & congratulate them when they achieve it.

There are so many ways we can come to peace — it starts with ourselves.

Because when we wish good for others, we are wishing good for ourselves.

A winning mindset is what can change your perspective on a business, relationship or task.

Go about achieving all that you desire with this in mind.
