Don’t Think, Just Do

You know when you have planned enough.

Don’t get lost in the repetition cycles of non existent scenarios.

Time in the thinking phase is necessary but too long and you get stuck in the void of inaction and over complicating.

In life I have learned that real results come from feedback loops in the real world.

The truth – You will only know unless you experiment and test in the real world.

When we ‘do’ we enter a flow state of mind where we hone in on the task at hand which creates parameters to work within.

We need parameters to guide our mind so that we have healthy boundaries to be creative within.

Too open or broad and overcomplexity or doubt creeps in, due to many variables/outcomes you simply can not control.

So how do you move from just thinking to ‘doing’?

First highlight an outcome you want to achieve.

Only focus on the action tasks to complete. If you do not know, then research and learn.

What happens next?

The next action step emerges. You will come across another problem, find a solution and overcome it.

Overtime, you do this long enough and you will have made significant progress.

We don’t need to have all the answers immediately, instead we have to just act and let the answers emerge itself.

Cultivate an element of faith.

Knowing that your actions will lead to results that will guide you in your journey.

By showing up consistently to the work to complete, you display an act of devotion to the path → which is faith.

As you learn quicker eventually with confidence, the path becomes even more clearer.

Don’t Think, Just Do.
